Dear Honorable Contractor,
This is to inform you that your fund has just been re-approved again and I will advise you do the necessary as quickly as possible so that you can confirm your fund in your bank account. You should be aware that the Embassy, International Monitoring Unit, the Federal Government and FBI are fully aware of this action of the transfer of your fund.
In order to proceed with the accomplishment of the successfulness of the transfer of your fund, you are advised to send me the listed information’s below in your next e-mail.

3). Direct Mobile Phone Number
4). Banking details (Where you would like your fund to be transferred)
5). A copy of your international passport or any valid identity card for my reference.
Note: Immediately I receive the above listed information’s, it will enable me to include your name to the payment schedule list of all the outstanding foreign contractor’s whose contract payment has been approved for immediate transfer by the federal government of Nigeria.
Once your name has been included to the payment schedule list, a copy of your payment file will be forwarded to the office of the presidency for reference and also a copy to the senate committee department for the official stamping and signing of your payment file/ release order of your fund and approval of final remittance of the approved contract fund into your nominated bank account.
