Senator Baucus Reveals Relationship With Woman He Nominated, A.P. Reports
A spokesman for Senator Max Baucus said the Montana Democrat
was in a romantic relationship with the woman he nominated
for U.S. attorney, the Associated Press reports.
The spokesman Ty Matsdorf said Mr. Baucus and his former
state office director, Melodee Hanes, began the relationship
in the summer of 2008. Baucus nominated Hanes for the U.S.
attorney post last March, but she later withdrew her name.

Hmmm, this is disconcerting, I must say for myself, as the first time you contacted me about this amazing new service, you made me feel like I was the only one who existed to you – displaying your love for me in a way that I had never felt before, yet here is this second message, not imploring me to be your one and only, but more of a slap in the face, that I am invitee number 526853 to your orgy of broken promises and false pretenses, one to which senator Baucus is still invited, and at the same time, you want me to look at pictures of other men’s girlfriends, ones most likely in compromising positions. Well, I must say that if this is love, it feels completely different that what I was promised long ago, in fact, it feels like hate, or disinterest at the very least.
